Launching a New Investment
Wells, a multi-billion dollar privately held real estate investment trust, retained Raleigh Green Inc. to design a distinctive-looking website for their newest investment fund, Wells Core Office Income REIT. Targeting primarily high-net worth individuals, the new website needed to clearly provide information to prospective investors about the opportunity and risks associated with Well's newest offering.
The challenge was to create a design that generates interest in the investment opportunity, without showing specific properties since the fund's property portfolio would be added to over time. Using office building silhouettes, architectural details and graphics, RGI was able to create a uniquely branded website representative of the investment fund's strategic approach.
