Designing a Corporate Website Portfolio
      Wells Real Estate Funds

As a leading, international real estate investment firm offering multiple investment options to individual investors, Wells wanted to establish an online brand platform that connected the company to its various products. In addition, each product needed to communicate its unique investment strategy and appeal to different target audiences. A corporate brand segmentation strategy was developed by creating websites that leveraged a common site architecture. But using different color, photography and design stylizing, a distinct sub-brand character was able to be established for each investment product. Animated brochures were also created to further articulate the investment proposition of each product.
